Refund Policy

If you do decide to return something please send written confirmation during the 14 days cooling-off period (in compliance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations ) however after this cooling-off period we are happy to offer an exchange or a credit note to the value of the goods up to 30 days from the date you received your goods providing they are returned in a fully re-saleable condition.

Once the 14-day or 30-day period has passed we have the right to refuse returns of any unwanted items.
